Gun Arrests at Westfield Annapolis Mall

Two adults and several juveniles were arrested at Westfield Annapolis Mall on Friday.  Although police thought the suspects had guns that fired real ammo, they turned out to be air guns.

Soldier Found Dead in Annapolis

An Army soldier assigned to Fort Belvoir in Virginia was found dead in Annapolis.  The soldier was pronounced dead after being taken to Anne Arundel County Medical center.  The body of the solider was discovered after a roommate went to check on him/her at an Annapolis residence.
The cause of the soldiers death is being investigated.

Mayor Moyer, with full support of the city council, has introduced a resolution that would allow for eminent domain to reclaim Annapolis Market House for the benefit of the city (and citizens).
