GCSE grades usually don’t matter for getting into any course at university, as long as you have 5 higher grade passes which you do. To get into most courses at university, you must have A levels. Most universities for studying a subject such as dentistry will require 3As, in subjects relating to dentistry, so I guess sciences. You also need at least 2 weeks work experience in a dentistry environment to be considered for the course.

Since those are all biology/health related fields, the degree of choice is a Bachelor’s in Biology. Typically, there will be a concentration attached to this degree. For instance, a pre-optometry student would declare themself as a Biology Major with a Pre-Optometry concentration. All this would mean is that you would have to take certain classes within your biology degree to fullfill the pre-reqs for optometry school. This rule applies to both pre-dent and pre-med students. So yes, one degree would allow you to apply to all three schools, but 2-3 classes might be different within that degree to satisfy the requirements.
