SUV Crashes into Annapolis Apartment Building

The Baltimore Sun is reporting that police have confirmed that the identity of the body found in Arnold is indeed Michelle Marie Cornwell-Clary, age 36.
She was reported missing last week and resided in the 900 block of Annabel Street in Baltimore.

The housing crisis appears to be hitting New York City.
With a glut of unsold condominiums, some developers plan to auction off their unsold inventory come Spring. They hope to get 50% of what they would have gotten last year.

Nationalizing Citigroup?
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the government is ready to take up to a 40% ownership stake in Citigroup.
They are reporting that a deal could be announced as soon as Thursday.
Meanwhile, the FDIC has reported that 252 banks are in serious trouble.
